Filter tubes
Our systems can be used to sew filter tubes with an overlapping method as well as tubes with a DOUBLE-LAP SEAM – at a production speed of 12 m/min. The length measuring and length cutting system ensures that the stitched or welded filter tubes are of the right length. A marking device is used to automatically mark positions for sewing on the rings. Integratable: automatic folding and binding of filter tubes and automatic closing of the filter tube. Our machines cover the entire production process, for example with length cutting units, spiral hose stitching units, arm-down stitching machines (sewing in snap rings or bottom parts), with various arm lengths (all equipped with a thread cutter) as well as a swivel arm punching unit. Our customers include Schulwitz, Jack Filter, Intensiv Filtermedien, Freudenberg, Pfeffer, Markert, Interfil, Pang Gang and others.
