Head/window/curtain bag
When producing airbags, headbags must meet the highest requirements, since they protect a driver’s head in the event of a crash. Special sewing methods are used to ensure the airbag properties. A headbag has to remain open for up to eight seconds in the event of side impact and several rollovers. The seams are sealed with silicone for this purpose. The silicone dries for eight hours and then seams are sewn exactly on these silicon lines. Our seam documentation system monitors and documents all the seams relevant to safety.
