Safety belts

Our customers use our technology to produce safety belts of the highest quality: consistent stitch lengths, consistent thread take-up and consistent, reproducible tearing strengths. Our systems have been designed for the thick threads of products relevant to safety. If required, our seam documentation system checks the thread tension during the sewing process, the stitch lengths and the speed, documents the seams and allows all the seam parameters to be retraced.
Our belt sewing units have also already proved just how good they are outside the automobile industry, namely with the American army and with fire service belts and climbing harnesses.
