What we do
We manufacture custom-made machines for processing fibre composites and all types of technical textiles. Our range covers CNC-controlled sewing units and multi-needle sewing units as well as robot systems, gluing and welding units and automatic production lines. We are a system supplier and our products and services all come from a single source: * Development with our own 3D construction (Solid Works, Autocad and CATIA)
* Simulation (feasibility studies, cycle time calculations and virtual factory concepts)
* Mechanical engineering (own switch cabinet construction, CNC programming and automation)
* Integration in customers’ production systems (interfaces to PPS systems, QA and process documentation)
* Services (servicing, maintenance and relocation of machines when plants are relocated) |
