Hot-air welding

Hot-air welding is used to thermally bond (melt) foils and textiles. Since there is no contact with the product, impressions and soiling on the surface of a product can be eliminated. A requirement here – as with any thermal process – is thermoplastic behaviour such as that of synthetic fibrous materials and thermoplastic coatings. Our systems ideally comply with all the welding process parameters to result in perfect, flexible and textile-compatible weld seams.
